What Are Mutual Funds😊

A mutual fund is a type of collective saving and investing instrument that combines the savings of many investors with similar financial objectives. Investors purchase units of a certain Mutual Fund scheme that has a predetermined investment goal and plan. Depending on the goals of the scheme, the fund manager invests the money that has been raised in a variety of securities, including shares, debentures, and money market instruments. The capital appreciation gained by the programme, along with the income generated by these assets, is returned to the investors in the form of returns. As a result, a mutual fund provides a very inexpensive way to invest in a diversified, expertly managed basket of securities.
